Job Description Welcoming clients and visitors. Instructing them to the right department and meeting room. Answering the in coming calls. Updating telephone list.  Instructing employees to fill out necessary forms (Marsh insurance claim, Stationery, locker, uniform requisition, etc.) 5S at Reception counter and inventory. Uniform management (delivery, order, report, scan file, stocktaking). Locker management ( revoke, deliver, update information,..). Tea break order and arrangement.  Support mail service (receiving & collecting mails, packages internal & external, sort & send to mailbox). Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications 3rd-or 4th-year students major in Business Administration, English or related fields Good English and Vietnamese communication skill Good organization skill Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook Reliable, proactive, patient Detail- oriented, ability to work with number Additional Information Monthly allowance, bus transportation, free lunch, professional working environment, opportunities to become Bosch associate
