Job Description · Business development into Vietnam electronics industry with company's target application/ market segment and create new business.· Building strong relationships with local customers, and distributors to expand customer base, especially local business with R&D capability.· Sales promotion and provide in-depth technical support & field application for products.· Driving and motivating Distributors to expand sales promotion activity.· Preparing quotations, price maintenance, samples, forecast management, and delivery expediting.· Handling QA-related issues, Environmental/ Conflict Materials/ BCP Info, and others.· Grasping Vietnam Government's new legislations and policies and sharing information. · Manage customers and distributors assigned to achieve sales targets.· Develop new business with our target applications and growing market segment in Vietnam.· Support Marketing activities like conducting surveys for new applications, new markets, and preparation for trade shows, seminars, or Customer Day. Job Requirement - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, majors in Business/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering- Experience: From 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales or business development for Microdevices- Language: English - Business Level- Others: o Good knowledge of the Electronics industryo Must be willing to travel and meet customers.o Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken.o Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)o Candidates with Field Application Technical Support experience is also preferred to apply.
