Performance Marketing Senior - Hiring Urgently

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

• Create and execute a robust Facebook and Google advertising strategy with a significant budget allocation.
  

• Continuously track and refine the performance of the advertising initiatives.
  

• Analyze, consolidate, and assess various metrics to derive insights.
  

• Regularly provide comprehensive performance reports and take actionable steps for improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Technology
  

• Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing, specializing in running Facebook and Google conversion ads with a monthly budget of 150M.
  

• Additional experience in advertising on other platforms such as Twitter, TikTok is desirable.
  

• Preference for candidates with E-commerce and Print on Demand (POD) advertising experience.
