New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term. Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy. Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media. Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches. Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget. Developing and applying mechanical designs to meet system specifications and operational requirements. Assisting with the qualification of the design by ensuring prototypes are built and tests are carried out. Delivering the technical product documentation to release the design for production. Improving the quality of outputs through continuous improvement of operations (TCM). Improving customer satisfaction by providing accurate and value-added responses to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner. Ensuring a high system quality and reliability. The Profile You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Sales Engineer within Luxury and Industrial industry. Experience within would be a strong advantage. You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets. You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
