Retail Marketing ManagerGeneral duties: Monitor & Analyze Competitive EnvironmentLead the development of retail marketing initiatives; Plan & Execute Retail campaigns. Support for Dealer Marketing activities nationwide by providing the directions, concepts or guideline to execute the retail campaigns.Event Management Develop and Sustain Partnership programs to support for business growth. Compliance:Maintain & apply quality control system in working area as required.Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company.Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office.Required Education/ Background: Knowledge on automobile industry, market segmentation, competitors Understanding of business plan, Brand positioning, consumer insights.Ability to understand and analyse Sales report.Knowledge of media plan & creative asset management. Graduated from university with major in marketing or business management. Minimum experience:At least 5-year experience in Marketing and 3-year experience in Retail Marketing.Experienced in government's policy on tax & registration regarding to promotion program.Experienced in Event management/organization. OthersHave exceptional communication (both English & Vietnamese), presentation, follow-up and closing skills.Strong capability to pay attention to details.Ability to work independently to take ownership of assigned jobs.Ability to think strategically.Self-motivated and high discipline on strict corporate process.Good teamwork sprit.Ability to work under high pressure.Open minded, forward-looking, optimistic.
