ACG_1830_JOB Carry out market research, consumer demand analysis, market share evaluation, and competitor analysis  Collaborate with project manager to do space planning and seek tenants for new projects  Develop business plan and action programs to achieve sales targets  Organize, control, evaluate the performance of leasing projects Build a tenant portfolio and regularly monitor each tenant type  In charge of tenant quality control according to the company’s standards  Ensure the timing and accuracy of leasing processes and documentations  Work with the management team to resolve any customer-related incidents within the mall; vevelop plans to replace customers at active projects, ensuring occupancy rate and rental revenue for each facility. Ensure short, simple, and standardized regulatory and policy systems/ optimal budget allocation for high effectiveness  Build a strong team of salesmen with good knowledge of retail, leasing, and customer-oriented mindset Requirements At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance/ Investment or any related fields  Having professional certificates in Business Administration or business skills is an advantage  At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management role  Experience in corporation or large scale or international companies is preferred  Ability to proficiently use information technology and work-related software Ability to think quickly, proactively and withstand high pressure at work Ability to approach, negotiate and communicate , leasing Ability to research, survey, and evaluate projects (Preliminary/in-depth) Ability to classify industries, tenants, brands Ability to build rental budget, finance rental data Ability to develop tenants Ability to manage and evaluate tenants (Contract information management - Construction, acceptance, handover of MB) Ability to control goods quality , legal documents TTTM/GH - Capable of handling customer service requests and complaints English fluency is an asset Benefits Competitive with 13th salary  Lunch allowances  Discounts when purchasing the corporation’s services  Contact: Ha Hoang       Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
