They produce solar panel and sales to factory to install it to the roof of factory.
Currently 50% is Japanese company, other is local and MNC.


Responsibility for new development sales of solar panels


Solar panels

- Developing new customers through new phone calls and emails. Sales to industrial parks
(Make sales calls and meet with customers once an appointment is made)
・Create sales and business plans
・Proposal sales tailored to customer needs
・Follow up with existing customers
・Negotiate with equipment installation companies
・Negotiate with in-house engineers
*Interact directly with factory site managers (technical, financial).
As companies vary in size, including Japanese and local companies, you may also interact with the company president.
*Business trip to Hanoi once a month.


- Solar panel experience can be utilized
- A small company, be able to gain experience by being involved in a wide range of tasks, from proposals to equipment installation.

Yêu cầu

・Bachelor's degree
・Have at least 3 years of new business development sales experience
(Related facilities. For example air conditioning, electrical etc )
・Have experience in negotiating with managers (department heads)
・English: Upper-Intermediate Level


・Japanese: N2 level
・Have experience working with solar panels company
・Have sales experience in a trading company
