· To manage the HR Shared Service operation in Vietnam · Direct, plans and manages HR Shared Service team in accordance with the organization’s strategic direction. · Staff, manages and motivates a team of managers and/or supervisors or other direct reports. · Delivers HR services, procedures and processes that are considered value added, measurable, directly tied to Schneider’s business objectives and aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction. · Responsible for maintaining all compliance requirements of HR transactional processes. · Works to build HR Shared Service team performance and group commitments to goals and objectives and measures results to improve transactional efficiencies. · Assumes ownership for performance against Schneider’s business objectives for areas of responsibility. · Understands and utilizes HR system to stream line processes and achieve deliverables. · Actively engages in problem/conflict resolution, coaching and counseling and training and development. · Researches, coordinates and manages HR records and retention strategy. · Ensures there is a positive internal and external working relationship within the HR Shared Service team and with external customers by frequently communicating and soliciting feedback with both parties and by measuring customer satisfaction. · Identifies deliverable gaps and possible solutions. · Works with Human Resources and Business Units Leaders to negotiate service level objectives, identify additional service offerings, department needs or opportunities for improvement. · Works closely with other Regional HR teams such as Training, Compensation, Benefits, Policies, Operations, etc., on issues that relate to and may need to involve the HR Shared Service team. · Stays up to date on trends and developments within functional area of expertise, constantly researches and uses best practices of similar and successful companies as benchmarks. · Leads and participates on HR projects in support of the Schneider’s Growth Strategy Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications · University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management · Preferably with experience with HR Shared Service concept · Strong team management experience · Good English in reading, writing, speaking (TOEIC above – Pre-advance) · Good computer skill MS Office (Power Point, Words, excel) · Customer-oriented and cooperative · Possess strong interpersonal and business partnering skills in dealing with high ambiguity and complex business environment in local context. · At least 10 years in HR function, out of which at least 5 years are in HR lead role · Excellent management skills and ability to organize and plan effectively to meet both short and long range goals and objectives. · Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner. · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with business partners and business units leaders. · Proven ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals. · Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people, quality of service, and costs. · Possesses ability to manage multiple project plans successfully and simultaneously. · Accomplishes commitments towards goals and objectives by motivating and building a team; motivates individuals and groups by creating a positive work environment. · Deals with interpersonal conflict, stressful work conditions and rejection by coping in a mature, problem-solving, solutions-oriented manner Schedule: Full-time Req: SJH
