The Role

We expect to hire 2 sales engineers or technical engineers to promote our brands and offer technical support in the local market of Vietnam. One in the Hanoi area and one in the HCMC area. We expect they have good working experience in the field of manufacturing and precision machining. We expect they can solve the customers' questions and maintain good relationships with our local distributors. 

You will be responsible for :

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
• You have working knowledge of Chinese
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
