Job Description - Area Sales Manager (North Central)

Employees managing accounts, developing, planning and implementing commercial / brand plans and strategies for different channels by contributing to one or several missions below:- Help identifying key opportunities to grow value share within the key retail customers in charge- Help building Annual Account Plan by customerm, to include: performance analysis & targets, annual terms conditions, investment, assortment, promotional plan, innovations. - Develop customer specific Scorecards for KAM - Build clear guidance documentation to the Sales force team for flawless in store implementation of national counterparts - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics- Track major competitor activity and report potential impact on key Pernod Ricard brands"
