Responsibilities:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer relations, team management, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Provide inspiring leadership and direction to the branch team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance efficiency, productivity, and revenue while reflecting our core values of collaboration, openness, and a learning mindset.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets and ensure sustainability.
• Work with the marketing department, sales department, and Management team on new sales and business development.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Optimize branch operations to maximize efficiency and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the software industry, specifically in branch management or a similar position.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strategic thinker who analyzes data, identifies trends, and makes informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Eagerness for continuous learning, keeping abreast of the latest trends in the software industry, and integrating them into business strategies.
