Business Development Associate (Sales Outbound)

At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence. We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking Business Development Associate (Sales Outbound) who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.

What you’ll do

Sales and lead sourcing: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved

Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership

Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner

Brand ambassador: become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values

Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets

Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned

Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager

What you’ll need

Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;

Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales in the logistics industry;

Outstanding presentation & communications skills;

Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;

Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
