Job Responsibility for CEO – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
Take all responsibility for the revenue, profit as well as the growth rate of the business Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish long-term strategies and plans, determine the direction for the company Directly directing the planning and implementation of operational plans Reviews the financial results of all operations, regularly organize evaluation and periodical inspection of the company’s business activities to give ideas to improve the company development Building an image and widely promoting the company’s brand Oversees the organizations including Sales, Tender, Technique, Admin, Finance and HR Representing the company for Southern Area
Requirement for CEO – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
Age 40-50 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, IT, Technology or related major Savvy in technology, especially with clinical, laboratory services, medical devices, diagnostics or related health tech Experience managing a medical supply and pharmaceutical business Be good and broad pharmacy/medicine/hospital network Proven experience of successfully building and leading teams to pursue KPIs in market growth Excellent in ownership, problem-solving, leadership skills and the ability to get result orientation
