Job Responsibility for Chef – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
Guide, demonstrate, introduce products and their applications to customers Research on food trends, food culture to develop nutrition-balanced recipe and menu with the application of Company products Create and develop new recipes, considering flavor profiles, ingredients, and cooking techniques Order materials, samples, additives, flavors, etc. to make sample and Conduct sensory test Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop menus that align with production capabilities, market demands, and customer preferences Execute other tasks when assigned.
Requirement for Chef – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
College/ Vocational school’s degree in Professional Cooking Techniques or related majors Has fair English and computer skill; good cooking and presentation skill Ability to develop and adapt recipes suitable for mass production while maintaining taste, quality, and presentation Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and adherence to hygiene standards Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Honest, responsible, proactive in work
