- Make appointments and find relationship for
potential Chinese customers inside Chinese
society in Vietnam.
- Seek and find the potential Chinese customers.
- Communication with Chinese customers in
Vietnam, by phone, SNS, email, Teams, etc.
- Plan a sale pipeline to expand business for
achieving the target.
- Survey plant systems on site to find out
customer’s apparent and inapparent problems.
- Make the proposals by chemical treatment
program and propose to customers.
- Collect information for customer decision
structure, including decision maker information,
acceptance criteria for the proposals,
competitor’s information.
- Build intimate relationships with customers.
- Provide the technical after-selling service to
customers by periodical diagnosis report by
water analysis data and customer’s operating
data for confirmation of the performance.
