Responsibility:
1. Responsible for setting and achieving annual sales target.
2. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategy in line with Sales Target.
3. Identify, generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
4. Setting Head Count plan in line with HR
5. Manage and Recruit suitable candidate to expand the team
6. Follow up and provide alternative to AR collection
7. Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles effecting monthly sales.
8. KPI management include:
Achieving sales target
Manage and Control Pricing and Margin
KA development
Manage Account Receivable
9. Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target for each sales team member
10. Other as assign by Managing Director
