Job Description:

Responsible for building, training, and maintaining the LCL sales team while increasing the volume of available services.

Conduct market research and plan for the expansion of new routes.

Lead the sales team to enhance LCL product volume and devise strategies to attract new FWD customers or overseas agents to achieve the company's objectives.

Collaborate with the customer service, documentation, and accounting teams to ensure optimal service to clients.

Develop effective marketing plans for new services and routes.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to the board of directors on business strategies and outcomes.

Execute other tasks as assigned by the board of directors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Customs, or International Trade from recognized universities nationwide, including institutions focused on languages (, University of Foreign Languages, Hanoi University).

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 3-4 years in an LCL/Forwarder sales position.

Proficient in either English or Chinese.
