Construction Project Manager - Hai Phong

Responsibility:
To work mainly on a JV low rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City.
1. Go to the NVY’s construction site daily from Monday to Friday to manage the construction schedule, construction quality, cost control and prepare project construction report ( weekly & monthly ) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
2. Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check site and organize their comments and feedbacks.
3. Check drawings and give feedbacks to enhance the usage and quality.
4. Giving proposals to JV partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedbacks for drawing check
5. Communicate well with JV partner’s engineer team in Vietnamese and understand their intention, and create a good relationship
6. Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
7. Other relevant tasks on request by Project Engineering Director and other relating senior manager.

Yêu cầu chung

1. University graduated, degree in Construction Engineering Department.
2. Working experience: 10 - 15 years
3. Management experience: 5 - 7 years
3. Experience of high rise condominium and low rise detached house projects.
4. Experience working for a General contractor, Real Estate Developer, or a Construction Management Company also, experience working at a foreign company is highly recommended.
5. Knowledge of MEP and Infrastructure is highly recommended.
6. High proficiency in speaking and writing English.
7. PC skills (CAD, Microsoft office) and Internet use.
8. Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
9. Capability to make reports and presentation in English.
10. Work location: Hai Phong Project site.

13. Age: 35 – 40 years old
14. Living in Hai Phong now (Option)
