About the job

An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a global BPO company, for the position of Delivery Leader, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role of Delivery Leader with at least 10-15 years experience in a BPO company.

Responsibilities

Manage P&L /costing / budgeting of the business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy.

Lead strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans and operational plans for the region.

Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Grow a business and deal with client and account growth, and manage country operations and delivery.

Deliver to our client commitments with consistency and innovation.

Manage operations metric with a very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOWs.

Must be able to ensure a strong sales strategy is developed and measured.

Support business growth by collaborating with Sales & marketing across geographies.

Collaborate across domains to share and understand best practices and implement where applicable.

Requirements

At least 12- year experience in managing P&L and 10 years in a BPO focused on CRM / Customer Experience services

MBA/ PG Degree

Must have hands on operational leadership experience; strong preference for business turnaround experience

Have experience in managing International clients and managing teams in the ASEAN

Have experience in consulting, understands first hand program management, sales and how businesses work

Have ability to drive performance and grow businesses
