- Build and manage HR working procedures in compliance with labor law, the Customer’s code of conduct, company’s situation.
- Directly manage all the staff of HR
- Manage the daily activities of HR
- Supervise, and control the conformity of Production security (C-TPAT)
- Handle all type of audits conducted by Customers, third parties, Government
- Representative of the factory to work with local government.
- Participate in conducting internal audits and make action plans to improve issues to prevent risks from happening in the departments and in the company.
- Build the company regulation, Collective bargaining agreement, Salary scheme, and Daily operation policies.
- Make the training plan and deploy the implementation of approved procedures/ policies.
- Manage, and control the working time, salary payment, social insurance, hiring, and termination.
- Other jobs that are relevant to the role as well as other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors
- Be reporting directly to the Board of Directors
Job Requirement:
- Graduate in Human Resources, business administration, or related field with at least 5 years in a Deputy/HR management role
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficient MS Office
- Working location: Bau Xeo IP, Song Trau Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province (Shuttle Bus from HCM City)
