Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager


  • University graduate or higher

  • Major in IT, Marketing, Economics

  • At least 4 years of Digital Marketing experience, especially in SEO field

  • Excel ; Word, PowerPoint, Internet

  • Good skills in website programming, frameworks and supporting technology applications.

  • Ability to work under high pressure, sensitive and effective handling of work

  • Agility, enthusiasm, enthusiasm for work, good character.

  • Good fitness.


  • Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns for corporations and member companies. Especially SEO & Zalo activities

  • Building an ecosystem of digital channels (group Facebook, TikTok, website, YouTube ..) for member companies.

  • Optimizing advertising activities on online channels according to campaigns such as Google AdWords’, Facebook Ad, Zalo Ads, Email Ads...

  • Manage information content and company product image...etc on website and online tools.

  • Build, manage digital marketing budget, advise and report directly to Marketing Director.

  • Researching the online channel market (competitors, websites, products, prices, policies, modules, promotions, interfaces, traffic, advertising templates, online customer behavior, selling channels on the e-commerce floor) Lazada, Tiki, Shoppee…etc)

  • In charge of online sales channel assigned by Marketing Director.

  • Managing and training digital marketing staff.

  • Administer the entire department in case the Marketing Director is away or on a business trip.

  • Report digital activities to Marketing Director weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
