POSITION PURPOSE
To be responsible for designing and delivering integrated digital campaign strategy and driving it from creation to completion. Working with Marketing Communications team to identify the needs and goals of digital campaigns and develop the assets for execution. This position will effectively implement various campaigns through multiple digital channels in order to achieve targets in term of both branding and performance. In addition, this position will actively do researches on digital trends to propose ideas and solutions to optimise marketing strategies, activities and events.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Essential
– Holder of Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
– Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required;
– Proficiency in English;
– Experience in education is an asset;
– Strong knowledge of digital platforms, channels and tools with a strategic brand communication mindset;
– Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to detailed execution
– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges;
– Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision; manage time, budget and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
– Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;
– Experience in identifying customer drivers, buying and decision-making behaviour;
– Familiar with using visualizing tools to convert data into graphics;
– Ability to convert data into actionable insight;
– Experience in successfully managing marketing and campaign strategies with significant strengths in digital marketing (Intensive experience in digital marketing is desired);
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Creative thinking to look beyond current practices and think outside of the box to initiate new and better ways of doing things;
– Stay calm and have ability to give quick response to unexpected problems such as a social media crisis; Strong attention to detail and overall curiosity;
– Experience working in a flexible and changeable environment;
– Proven ability to manage agencies and stakeholder relationships;
