Job Description - Educational Sales Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is an AI-powered talent discovery platform that offers talent mapping, evaluation, and reskilling services with comprehensive training for companies.

We are seeking a Educational Sales Manager to drive growth and revenue in the Vietnam market. This role focuses on expanding our business by understanding customer needs and leveraging global education and assessment resources to create innovative products.

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by recruiting new schools and clients each financial year.
  • Client Acquisition: Establish and nurture new contacts with potential schools and clients.
  • Program Development: Design and develop innovative learning and assessment programs.
  • Growth Strategy: Craft comprehensive growth strategies for new programs and business models, enhancing brand presence.
  • Sales and Licensing: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage lead generation, negotiate contracts, and finalize license agreements. Provide exceptional post-sale support to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Channel Management: Establish and support Independent Service Providers (ISPs), vendors, and Channel Partners to expand the client base. Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Industry Engagement: Cultivate strategic relationships within the education industry, fostering partnerships and collaborations. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand our business network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business management, marketing, commerce, education) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2 consecutive years of proven experience in a relevant role.
  • Overseas study experience in the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive connections within the education industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international education systems and student markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Strong time management, project management, and planning abilities.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analytics software.
