One of our clients, which is a Construction Management Consultant firm, is now looking for a "Electrical Engineer".
They are currently looking for candidates with experience working as MEP Engineer in construction.
MEP＝Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing


1. Marketing (if any)
- Collect project information
- Grasp clients’ needs and propose solution to mitigate their risks
- Support in other marketing activities as directed by the company
- Attend relevant marketing meeting as required

2. Construction and Project Management
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Understand Client’s objectives and expectations
- Review project contract and understand scope of services
- Prepare RFP for outsource consultants/contractors
- Create project plans, objectives, timelines and resource needs
- Communicate such plans to all project team members
- Provide strategic direction throughout project duration
- Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies for all stages
- Coordinate closely with project stakeholders to achieve project outcome
- Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders
- Advise the client on local authorities’ requirements
- Identify issues of M&E Division and propose countermeasures
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet objectives
- Safeguard the project quality, safety and environment standards
- Develop strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction
- Perform tasks as directed by the company from time to time
- Attend relevant meetings as required

3. Team Development
- Fostering awareness of corporate philosophy among team members
- Identify area of improvement for the team
- Develop strategies for team members’ growth
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree related to architecture, construction, Electrical Engineering etc
- English: Intermediate level
- Having at least 7 years of experience in construction management of electrical installation work in construction
- Having experience in power plant or substation construction projects
- Able to read CAD for electrical installation work

＜Prefer＞
- Japanese-speaking or Japanese firm experience is advantageous to liaise with a Japanese manager
- Experienced in managing members as manager
