Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and payouts.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate marketing efforts.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to affiliate marketing.
LiveCommerce:
Develop and implement live commerce strategies to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
Plan and execute live commerce events, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and promotional offers.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to host engaging live commerce experiences.
Manage the technical aspects of live commerce platforms and tools, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
Analyze live commerce performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously optimize strategies to improve results.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live commerce, integrating new ideas and innovations into our live commerce initiatives.
Who You Are
A recognized University Degree.
At least 03 years of working experience in Affiliate Marketing in e-commerce networks or platforms
At least 02 years working at Lead/Senior Manager level with experience in managing scale teams of at least 05 members
Experience in social commerce, live streaming, and affiliate marketing
Proficiency in English and communication
Significant experience in building and retaining strong relationships with clients
Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
