Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
The duties and responsibilities of an Event Marketing Executive center on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators have to understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly while keeping the manager in all loops. Here are the most essential duties and responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
Elaborating and comparing vendors capabilities
Planning event logistics, including seating, dining and guests
Creating reliable financial reports and manage all payments on time
Remaining under budget with all costs, adjustments are under consultation with direct supervisor
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise in both planning and onsite phrases.
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the brand, the event
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
Keeping direct supervisor reported at all-time

Job Qualifications
Graduated from Business, Communications and Marketing or related field.
Experience organizing Event for business.
Fluent in English with reliable English speaking and reading skills.
A creative yet practical mind, strategic thinker, creative problem solver and strong organization skills
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Experience working with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing (Demand Generation, Events, etc.)
Knowledge about technology megatrends and experience in FPT before is a plus
