Access card management:Prepare & issue access card for new joiner, lost one,…Take photo for new joiners to create access access right to common areas including: grant access, block access, terminate access,…Distribute access card to employee. HRS Administration:Daily perform scanning and saving employees’ e-file in systems.Documentation supports for e-file processes, training materials, meeting support on updating status related e-file management. Other task assigned by HRS Team
