ABOUT THE JOB

• Support global operations related to the promotion of cybersecurity best practices
• Work with global stakeholders to execute campaigns promoting best practices for phishing, password management, etc.
• Follow up on inquiries related to training questions
• Promote visibility of cybersecurity best practices and activities
• Review regional analytics to identify opportunities/gaps for new regional campaigns for increased engagement
• Support regulatory and compliance inquiries as needed
• Help facilitate minor translation needs with global stakeholders
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree or college’s degree in information technology security or similar technical fields
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Proficiency in English - both written and spoken
• Ability to write easy-to-understand content promoting cybersecurity best practices
• Positive attitude, good relationship, and service-minded
• Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment, across several teams
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn and grow.
