Head of Marketing (SaaS)

• Research and identify market opportunities, analyze competitors and target customers to set appropriate marketing direction for each stage.
  
• Define and implement marketing strategies - Growth & Inbound marketing and Brand & Communications activities (i.e. PR, community engagement, and partnerships) to align with the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
  
• Develop and execute content strategies and manage community-building initiatives across social channels and group communities.
  
• Manage performance campaigns (Google AdWords, social media advertising, and ads on relevant websites) to target new users and enhance brand awareness.
  
• Generate reports and analyze marketing campaign data by test-and-learn approach.
  
• Communicate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment.
  

Requirements

• Experienced in senior marketing roles or similar positions within a SaaS company.
  
• Strong planning and executing end-to-end marketing roll outs capability for various campaigns, including product launches, consumer campaigns, and merchant campaigns.
  
• Preferred had led and scaled successful marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products targeting global or US users.
  
• Practical experienced using CRM and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  
• Fluent in English, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
