Job Description - Head of Sales

ABOUT THE COMPANY

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. This critical role involves managing a fast-paced trading environment where you will engage with global suppliers to source products and negotiate profitable deals with clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-pressure setting, possess strong negotiation skills, and have the ability to develop and implement strategic market plans. DELIVERABLES & KPIs

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market and customer development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize business operations domestically and internationally.

  • Negotiate purchasing prices with suppliers and sales prices with clients.

  • Maintain and expand industry relationships.

  • Lead and develop a team of junior sales staff, ensuring high performance.

DETAILS

Reporting Line: Sales Director

Team Management: 3 to 5 junior sales staff

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped sales commission

Benefits: Health insurance package for family, Business allowances, summer company trip, overseas travels for exhibitions

Engagement Type: Full-time, On-Site, Contract

Working Location: Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (may require extra time to complete duties due to international business in different time zones)


REQUIREMENTS

Open to: Vietnamese nationals

Language Requirement: Vietnamese, Fluent English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Economics, or equivalent majors.

Certifications: Not required
