This program is intended for Internship in HR department in the duration of 6 months. By completing the internship, the candidate will be able to: • Understand Schneider Electric Manufacturing business in general • Understand in general HR different functions like: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, HR services, and HR Business partner. • Depending on the HR department real need, the intern will be flexibly assigned project or daily works to support more for one HR sub-function in specific at a certain time. In general, at least 80% of the time will be to support TA and HRBP jobs. Qualifications • English and Vietnamese communication • Computer/Microsoft office literacy • Coordinate with different partners to plan and organize events in a creative manner • Team work, Attention-to-detail, time management • Social media navigation Schedule: Full-time Req: X7G
