Adecco's client is a large foreign company in manufacturing field.
Job Responsibilities
Takes part in the creation, execution, and maintenance of international HR projects and programs.
Offers assistance to managers and staff with employee relations.
Assists designated groups with recruiting and selection processes and collaborates with hiring managers, HR personnel, and business executives to create innovative, economical recruitment strategies.
Assists in the creation and execution of training programs for managers and employee groups. Serves as the principal point of contact for designated groups for HR policy, procedures, and assistance.
Engages in unique Human Resources initiatives.
Experience requirements
At least seven years of progressive experience in human resources in a foreign fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth manufacturing environment
Working familiarity with (ATS) is advantageous.
Have experience working in Euroupe, UK, USA companies
Managing team experience
A desire to investigate innovative substitutes for existing HR procedures in order to assist in developing policies and procedures that enable the business to grow.
The capacity to function well at all organizational levels and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to operate autonomously in a hectic, team-focused setting.
