Job Description

Mainly this position will be in charge of supporting sales staff in the office.・ Be responsible for ordering, sales importing & exporting, and purchasing activities (industrial parts such as bolts, metal processed products, and resin molded products)・ Get orders from clients by phone and report to the manager.・ Make sales-related documents like quotations, order sheets, sales reports, etc...・ Follow up and ensure shipping deadline.・ Communicate with the supplier about orders.・ Handle inquiries from Clients and suppliers.・ Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Job Requirement

・Education: Bachelor's Degree・Gender: Female only ・Age: 25-35 years old・Language: Japanese conversational level and English conversational level・Experience: Have 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Purchase, Import / Export Staff in Trading companies. ・Working in Japanese Trading or industrial parts company・Japanese Business level・Study in Japan
