Job Description - Manager, HRBP-Commercial

In this role, you will be responsible for :
*** Talent Acquisition:
- Partner closely with the COE Recruiting partners on recruiting strategy, candidate targeting, and offer approval
- Responsible for interview and selection for approved vacancies and on-boarding management for new hires in Commercial
- Support CPO to provide specific insights/ solution to assigned domains to support and ensure Compensation and Headcount budget are aligned with the plans.
*** Commercial Academy:
- Work with Sales Operations to identify and implement solutions to address key gaps in functional and technical capabilities for Commercial team
- Coordinate with OD team for required training to close the skillset gap
- Improve training and development related processes to include identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development program
*** BPO Management:
- BPO Management including Hiring, Incentive Plan, Budget Allocation, HC Management
*** HR Business Partner:
- Advise and consult employee in respective functions when necessary. Maintain close and professional relationship with employees to be able to update and support on any issues in a timely manner;
- Communicate needs proactively with People team to develop integrated solutions to deliver value added service to assigned departments.
- Support driving Employee Engagement activities effectively in collaboration with People team & other departments to build the desired company culture.
- Manage Performance Management Job Requirements In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Human Resources or related role, with previous experience working within an HR department as a HRBP. Previous Recruitment/Employee Engagement experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven analytical thinking & ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- High level of self-motivation, whilst comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced and complex matrix business
- Excellent communications skills with fluency in Vietnamese/English
- Able to use Photoshop/design apps is a plus.
