Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Craft and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to achieve company KPIs.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists, fostering their performance, knowledge, and expertise.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that stimulate conversions.
Work closely with the data team to analyze campaign data, identifying areas for improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and techniques.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in the English language, particularly in reading comprehension.
Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, with a primary focus on performance marketing.
At least 1 year of team management experience, overseeing 3-5 marketing specialists.
In-depth technical expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, encompassing campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and analytics.
Experience with Google, TikTok, or Pinterest ads is advantageous.
Proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Robust analytical aptitude and the capacity to derive actionable insights from data to steer business decisions.
Self-motivated individual comfortable with navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic work environment.
Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Competitive salary and bonus structure, with potential earnings of up to $7000 per month (base salary capped at $1200 based on individual performance).
