Job Description - Performance Marketing Lead

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Craft and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to achieve company KPIs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists, fostering their performance, knowledge, and expertise.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that stimulate conversions.

  • Work closely with the data team to analyze campaign data, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and techniques.

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in the English language, particularly in reading comprehension.

  • Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, with a primary focus on performance marketing.

  • At least 1 year of team management experience, overseeing 3-5 marketing specialists.

  • In-depth technical expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, encompassing campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and analytics.

  • Experience with Google, TikTok, or Pinterest ads is advantageous.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Robust analytical aptitude and the capacity to derive actionable insights from data to steer business decisions.

  • Self-motivated individual comfortable with navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic work environment.

  • Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
