The position
This position will report to the Legal, Compliance and Quality Director and dotted line to Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. The main scope of accountabilities includes, but is not limited to: Serve as in-charge Pharmacist for the Vietnam affiliate, overseeing tasks required by local regulations for drug importation. Approve receiving and dispatch of products, inspect, review, approve or reject product arrivals at the company’s warehouse, and maintain necessary licenses for affiliate operations pertaining to quality. Serve as the Quality Assurance lead for the Vietnam affiliate, overseeing warehouse and distributor management. In charge of executing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain product quality, safety, and benefit throughout warehouse activities. Additionally, manage daily quality activities, process validation, and prepare and review monthly Quality Assurance reports. Oversee quality management to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Identify and report significant quality issues, prioritize actions, and participate in improvement opportunities. Manage Quality Management System (QMS) training and handle Novo Nordisk owned products, change control, repackaging, sample handling, audits, and inspections. Qualify and verify cold storage facilities, handle deviations, and manage quality document control and administration. Monitor and implement local Health Authority laws and requirements. Identify and relay problems, seek improvement areas, and share best practices and knowledge with the team. Participate in Quality improvement projects. Manage key stakeholders (internal/external) and convey processes and procedures to related parties, ensuring alignment at all levels through proactive engagement. Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or higher with pharmaceutical practice certificate (drug product’s import and export, etc.) With 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in quality assurance, control, systems, and audits, preferable in global context. Strong knowledge/experience in Quality management system especially in Cold chain management process. Deep comprehension of local guideline/regulatory requirements.
