Responsibilities
:Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in North of Vietnam.
Work closely with sales team to achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
Analyse market trends & plan ahead to forecast sales for the region assigned.
Develop dealer and distributor network.
Identify potential opportunities for further business.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developments in this space.
Maintain good long-term relations with key customers to increase market share.
Ensure timely payment by customers and monitor customer growth potentials.
Liaise efficiently and cooperatively with warehouse, accounts and affiliates.
Assist and participate in trade fairs.
Requirements:
Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of total experience of which minimum 2 years in sales distribution, preferably in a sporting goods/ apparel / footwear industry.
Outstanding sales record with high sales activity.
Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and customer – oriented individual.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Working experience in MS office, Excel & Word.
