Job Responsibilities Receive and process data from brokers / partners Prepare initial information for renewal process (claim data/proposal docs) Renewal Paperwork (policy/ card issuance/ alterations, etc.) Handle and follow up policy updates (endorsements) and client’s queries Monitor and collect payment, request of tax receipts Coordinate with Sales Manager to effectively exploit potential customers Support team for all other admin works Job Qualifications Graduated from College/University with at least 1 year experience in related field Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel... Ability to plan, organize, and manage work scientifically and effectively Ability to work independently and under high pressure Good communication and collaboration skills.
