MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend monthly sales meetings
• Responsible for the co-ordination and monitoring of all meetings and convention
• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required
• Maintenance and management of data base
• In charge of sales and organizing events
• Oversees the preparation, presentation and service of banquet F&B products to ensure highest quality at all times
• Supervises and coordinates in liaison with F&B Manager and the Executive Chef, the pricing and preparation of banquet menus, and beverages and wine lists
REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional English proficiency
• At least 3 - 5 years working as a Sales Event, MICE, Wedding, Banquet or 2 years at an equivalent position.
• Having customer base and customer network is an advantage
• Enthusiastic, service minded, hospitality and professional team work
