Job Description - Sales Coordinator cum Admin

COMPANY OVERVIEW
The company specialized in precision bearings, mechanical and electrical components.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with salesmen to receive Forecast & PO from customers.
Input PO & FC into systems (ISAS 400)
Coordinate with salesman/factory/customers to fix the delivery schedule.
Send delivery update to customer.
Follow up with delivery schedule & send shipping docs to customer
Follow up with payment from customers.
Clear payment in systems
Other jobs assigned by A. Manager and manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Working experience: 3- 5 year
University Degree (international business; international trading/commerce; Logistics...)
Foreign language: English speaking fluently & good writing
