Job Description - Sales Director (Hi-end Real Estate Developer)

Responsibilities

:
  • Setup, lead, motivate sales teams to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned projects.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrably successful experience in luxury / hi-end real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnam real estate market.
  • Experience in relationship building with HNWIs a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
