Sales Director (Plastic pipe/PPR)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Sales Director participates and contributes in the formulation of company sales and marketing strategies and ensures

their successful implementation with a sales and marketing team under his leadership. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with national and regional accounts, understanding their business strategies is an important part of his responsibilities so as to promote the Companys rapid sales revenue gains.

The sales director is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. The duties include training sales staff, and relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

1. Based on the sales target of the Sales Subsidiary, assisting GM to formulate annual sales and marketing promotion plans and follow up to complete sales tasks;

2. Initiative collect and analyze competitors development trend and finish market research in relevant markets, combining the market demand and competitive situation, cooperating with the R&D colleagues to help the promotion of new products;

3. According to the actual situation of the region, choose the appropriate advertising method to improve the local brand awareness and reputation of the company;

4. Expand sales channel, using diversified methods to develop and build distribution / Dealer / Agent customers;

5. Regularly provide sales statistical analysis to assist the GM of the subsidiary to achieve sales targets;

6. Provide regular weekly/monthly sales statistical analysis reports to support the company's GM to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. High proficiency in Vietnamese, using English as working language will be highly appreciate, better fluent in Chinese;

2. Have good team cooperation ability, anti-pressure ability and dedication;

3. Knowledge and experiences in ERP, CRM system will be highly appreciated;

4. Proficient Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT) skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

1. Better majoring in technical, sales/ marketing or other related majors, Bachelors degree or above will be highly appreciated;

2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing & sales in the fields of Water Supply and Drainage Building Materials, Sanitary Equipment, Plastic pipe industry experience and be good at Dealer/Agency/Distributor development and management will be high appreciated;
