Job Description :
Report to: Brand Manager
• Approve PO proposed by counter managers. Provide inputs on issues that concern field force.
• Handle on store operational issues and identify solutions and how to manage
• Accountable for NS plan through RS plan achievement and PO placement, monitor selling expenses
• Check, record & monitor orders from all retailers, monitor stock movement and inform sales and field team of status
• Deal with external suppliers on costing & deliveries
• Compile and maintain customer database
• Ensures hygiene standards in stores are adhered to.
• Coordinates and ensures allocation of samples, gifts, counter supplies and collaterals to stores
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales updates
• Actively participate in the weekly sales and marketing meetings.
• Works with Brand Manager to analyze marketing performance of product line, provides input in forecasting
• Collects market intelligence data including competitor's performance (sales and ranking), pricing and activities for marketing team
• Co-ordinate, compile and monitor paperwork for field staff
• Assists in the preparation, compilation and adaptation of training materials
• Attend all brand classroom training to improve skill and knowledge as well as to receive new education modules for application at point of sales.
• Provides support, advice and direction to Counter Managers and Consultants in all matter pertaining to their roles and activities in the store.
• Coach each consultant on specific service / selling behaviors and best practices. Review and reinforce on a monthly basis Consultants’ Key Performance Indicators
• Bachelor Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP/ RetailPro (POS system) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
