Our client is a leading logistics company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidates to join their firm:
  • Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize inside sales knowledge.
  • Quote formal and spot bids.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; maintain close contact with all customers– including following up on concerns or other issues. 
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
  • Communicate customer problems to management.
  • Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals, and closes.
  • Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
  • Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
  • Document issues with orders thoroughly.
  • Track/trace shipments when requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative and confident in work.
  • Well adapted in a volatile and high pressure working environment.
  • Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Having good situational skills, time management and effective conflict solution.

Requirements
