Job Descriptions: Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales and profit objectives in the assigned territory, contributing significantly to the company's financial success. Opportunity Management: Manage an active opportunity pipeline, ensuring a consistent and structured approach to sales prospects. Strategic Development: Develop territory and account strategies that align with growth, price, and mix objectives, adapting them as market conditions change. Customer Engagement: Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information promptly in response to customer demands. Value Selling: Actively utilize value-selling tools and skills to present product quotes and demonstrate the benefits of our offerings to customers. Customer Needs Assessment: Uncover and assess customer needs and tailor value propositions to address these needs effectively. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services and offer guidance on the best application of these solutions. Market Analysis: Develop a keen understanding of market conditions within the assigned territory, including current customers, potential customers, and competitors. Formulate strategies to achieve revenue goals. Territory Management: Conduct territory analysis and planning to allocate time and resources effectively to various accounts and customers. Account Growth Programs: Utilize account management skills to plan and execute customer growth programs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a technical degree. Experience: 2-3+ years of successful sales or related experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in English is a must. Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management. Proven ability to develop sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts. Experience in Business Development within the Printing, Electronics, Consumer Appliances, or Industrial industry is preferred. Excellent negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business insight skills. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
