Job Description - Sales Manager - Travel Retail

Job summary

Our Client, a leading name in the travel retail industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee their operations within the travel retail channel across Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement robust sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the travel retail domain.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects, including exploring avenues for market expansion and diversification.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with pivotal clients and stakeholders within the travel retail landscape.
  • Guide, mentor, and energize the sales team to excel individually and collectively.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and furnish constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional units like marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales endeavors.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitor maneuvers, and consumer inclinations to refine sales tactics and strategic maneuvers.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for upper management scrutiny.
  • Act as the company's ambassador at pertinent industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Uphold adherence to organizational policies, protocols, and statutory regulations.

    • Experience requirements

  • Demonstrated prowess in sales management, with a notable stint in the travel retail arena being preferred.
  • Proficiency in leadership and team-building proficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal acumen.
  • Intimate familiarity with the Vietnamese market landscape
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam as necessitated by business exigencies.
