- The talent will be required to provide to provide strong leadership to the Vietnam Representative Office, Industrial Sales team in achieving corporate sales & marketing objectives.
- He /She will motivate and direct the sales team to achieve annual sales growth targets by designing and implementing strong growth strategy plans for Vietnam
- Supporting sales activities in Vietnam with main focus in Industrial by promoting solutions and services into the market with the goal to establish market position as preferred piping systems solution supplier.

Main Tasks
- Identify & forecast sales potential for Industrial market with main focus and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behaviour of key players (company customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales.
- Leadership Develop a long term vision and roadmap to develop Vietnam IS Sales
- Proactively maintain good network with all customers by understanding their needs and proposed targeted solutions to expand overall sales potential.
Sales Process improvements Identify sales process gaps and work across teams to improve overall work productivity. Facilitate team collaborations and support in rollout of new processes.
- Coaching and Team development Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to sales reps to improve their customer engagement ability and value selling skills. Identify gaps, propose and execute good development plans for sales reps to enable them to grow in their roles.
- Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report and updating of projects status timely.
- Develop new sales channels and business opportunities in assigned segment.

Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in sales management/business development in similar industry with Min 5 years' managerial team leading experience.
- Relevant industry experience in the following focus segments: Industrial : Microelectronics Water Treatment : UPW/WWT
- Experienced Sales personnel with strong network with EPCs, Contractors, Installers, consultants and end users.
- Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
- Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, distributor network management and business development.
- Good interpersonal and strong communicator
- Able to work both independently as well as is a team player
