As an Assistant of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Director in the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to help drive our real estate projects to success.

As an Assistant of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Director in the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to help drive our real estate projects to success.

Work location: HCMC, Vietnam 

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales Director to support sales and marketing initiatives, including project launches, promotions, and client relationship management.

Engage with clients, including potential buyers and partners, in a professional and friendly manner. Utilize your excellent English and Chinese language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape.

Provide administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing team, which may include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing communication.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, sales presentations, and collateral materials in English and Chinese.

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
