Job Description :
Report to : Board of Director
• Making the short and long term plan, and also deploy, urge, implementation plans, work-related to sales and marketing to accomplish the business targets of the Company
• Understand target, business strategy of the company, implement the expected objectives.
• Identify business opportunities quickly and find potential customers to join the distribution system of the company
• Create good relationship with the customers, distributors in order to fulfill the commitment
• Develop and manage the distribution chanels, support the distributions open wide the business units
• Monitor and supervise the implementation of business contracts, the service contracts related to oil products, business plans, sales strategies.
• Responsible to supervise collection of debts in transactions
• Manage and develop sales team; training, support sales staff to fulfill their tasks and become more professional
• Develop sales plan, marketing plan and suggest measures depending on the specific situation to fulfill the targets and tasks
• To organize and assign sales representative team to implement successful marketing programs, complete the assigned target
• Organize to collect market information, competitor, product assortments similar research and analysis to plan short and long term marketing programs for the sales task in each business period
• Responsible for promote Brand name and the Company's products. Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions in the country and international on budget
• Establish and direct the implementation of programs, advertising campaigns, and promotions according to plan and budget approved for sales
• Perform research topics about sales, update knowledge and skills for sales representatives
• Marketing research, find out the consumer tastes and market demands.
• Coordinate with the Supply chain department and factory in the discovery and development needs of product development, new models for the company's product range
• Choose the most appropriate solutions to perform the task of marketing & advertising to improve brand reputation by rights and allowed budget
• Assist General Director to solve the complaints from the customers in rights
• Ensure operation of the Department under the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 of the company
• Responsible for the implementation of registered KPI
• Strong in Sales & Marketing Management experience
• Strong in strategy
• At least 10 years experience in B2C
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years experiences in business and 5 years in the same level
• Experience at the foreign companies with standards HR system
• Working under pressure and team-work
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English
