Responsibilities
(80%):
• Establish the long-term business strategy for both Offline channels - Corporate/Retail customers (products, markets, customers, distribution channels, etc.).
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual business plans.
• Create Marketing plans, promotional programs, organize seminars, events, etc., to effectively reach potential customers.
• Implement strategies to reach potential customers (corporate clients, Tour/Mice users, Visa services, Flight Tickets, Hotels, etc.).
• Organize direct/indirect meetings to introduce the company's services to customers.
• Finalize deals, draft contracts.
• Manage departments (Travel Consultants/Operations) to ensure the best service for customers.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, cross-sales, and increase revenue/profit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Commerce, Journalism, and related fields in tourism.
• English proficiency: Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Ms Office.
